Michelle Anne Johnson works with leaders to build the inner architecture behind how they show up: authenticity, confidence, and purpose. The result is influence that runs deeper than technique.

She is not a communication coach. She is a leadership catalyst who helps people lead from an authentic inner state — not a rehearsed outer performance. Her conversations go where most leadership advice doesn't.

About Michelle

Michelle Anne Johnson spent more than twenty years as a Hollywood actress, with roles on Friends, Bones, CSI: Miami, Modern Family, and NCIS. That career gave her a rare understanding of truth, embodiment, and lived expression — skills she now brings into leadership development.

Also known as The Speech Queen, she has facilitated dozens of workshops for companies such as Lowe's, Deloitte, AbbVie, Amex, Cisco, Genentech, and KPMG, and is an executive coach for senior leaders at major corporations.

With a BA in Psychology and an MBA, Michelle combines leadership communication and personal transformation principles to guide leaders to step into their personal power, deliver stand-out presentations and keynotes, and lead with grounded confidence.

Her core message: “Do the work within to do your work in the world.” When leaders strengthen authenticity, confidence, and purpose, their presence shifts — and so does their impact.

Core Message

Do the Work Within

Most leadership advice still centers on polish and performance. Michelle's work goes somewhere more honest. She shows that influence isn't created by what a leader does — it's shaped by the inner state they inhabit.

When leaders strengthen authenticity, confidence, and purpose, their presence shifts — and so does their impact. The change is felt before it's understood. That's the territory Michelle speaks into.

Her perspective is especially valuable for senior leaders, rising executives, and the people shaping leadership culture inside organizations.
